How do I start my rental?
Lets get you an estimate! Give us a call, send us an email, or use our equipment page to check-out. Whatever is easiest for you! If possible, we recommend submitting your request through our equipment page online. Here you can browse our most updated catalog and submit all information needed for a quote.
Do I need to fill out any rental terms/contact?
Yes, you can find our rental agreements and insurance requirements all on the order forms page. These need to be completed anytime before your scheduled pickup or delivery.
Are you open 24-7?
No, we are open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Please do not hesitate to call or email after hours. Our system forwards calls to our cell phones and we try to pickup every call. If not, please leave a message and will get back to you as soon as possible.
Emergency?
This number is only to be used during a real emergency. For example, one of the vans rented was in an accident. Please call to speak with an owner immediately.
What holidays are you closed?
For most major holidays we are closed. Please check our google page for most accurate information. Also, please join our newsletter for updates.
PICKUPS, RETURNS, AND DELIVERIES
What’s your address?
The address to our warehouse is 9105 Whiskey Bottom Rd, Unit A&B, Laurel, MD 20723.
I have a pickup and I’m LOST?
To access our warehouse, please proceed to the back of the building. Ring the warehouse doorbell (located next to the door) and one of our team members will assist you.
I need to return on the weekend. What do I do?
If you need a weekend or after-hours delivery/pickup/return we can make it happen. This will need to be scheduled ahead of time to make sure we can accommodate your needs. An after-hours fee will be charged.
I need a delivery outside of your normal business hours. What do I do?
If you need a weekend or after-hours delivery/pickup/return we can make it happen. This will need to be scheduled ahead of time to make sure we can accommodate your needs. An after-hours fee will be charged.
How far do you deliver?
We go everywhere. Call us and we’ll make it happen.
VAN
How do you I rent a Van?
Please give us a call, send us an email, or use our equipment page to submit a van request. All necessary rental terms need to be completed before pickup or delivery.
If I’m renting the van can I leave my car at Plus One Rentals?
Yes, we have a private 20 car parking lot. Please ask one of our associates for guidance when you arrive.
I need to pick up a van after hours. Will I be charged extra?
If your renting a vehicle from us you can pickup anytime and will not be charged for it. We’ll pre-pack your order in a van and have it all set for pickup anytime. Please give us a call and an associate will walk you through the pickup instructions.
I need a van delivered with my production order packed — can you do this? Cost?
Absolutely! Why send someone to us when we can take care of the entire pickup process and drop it wherever you need? Please give us a call or send us an email to schedule your van drop off. Please have an approximate time and delivery location so we can send you an accurate estimate.
TAX INCENTIVES
What states do you qualify for the film tax incentives?
We can supply equipment to anyone from any state, however, we are licensed to do business in MD, DC, GA, NV. In these specific states we have a sales and use tax certificate which can be submitted when you apply for film incentives.
SERVICE FEES
If I need delivery and pickup on the same day, is there an added cost?
Yes. The minimum is an additional $75 for same day requests. Depends on timeframe and how far you are from our warehouse.
What’s the cost for after-hours deliveries/pickups?
The minimum is a flat $150 fee. All depends on exact request time.
Do you charge more if I pick up/return to your warehouse after hours?
Yes. The minimum for an after-hours pickup/return is $50. This would need to be scheduled in advance to make sure we can accommodate your requests.

How much notice do I need to give for after-hours services?
We must be notified at least 48 hours in advance of any after-hours services, including weekend services.
Do you charge for setup and breakdown?
Yes. If requested, this will be quoted in your estimate.
If I set up a pickup but we are running behind schedule, do you charge more?
Yes. We call these waiting fees. If our associates arrive at the agreed-upon time and they have to wait, it’s $100/hour.
