Frame tents are a popular choice because of their versatility. They can be installed on many types of surfaces: grass, asphalt, concrete, deck, beach, etc. They can be staked or tied to water drums or sandbags.
In contrast to the high peak of the pole tent, frame tents have a more house-like roofline. There is also the option to add sidewalls and perimeter lighting.
